Dressed For Victory

Friends there are evil days. May be I should say it boldly that evil are around but victory in Christ is also so sure and fully provided for. That is why we were commanded to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might .This is intended to enable us to stand in the evil day.

That implies that evil day will surely come but no doubt the strength of God on the inside of you will take you through in such a time.  And this is the time. Soldiers prepare and train for war in the time of peace.

There is  no strength in anywhere else wherein you can withstand the enemies.The idea of being strong in The Lord is experiencing the extreme explosive ,demonstrative  resurrection power in The Lord Your guarantee access to God’s armor is the gateway of being born again. A new creation.

God Himself is the source, the custodian of this power. By the reason of our relationship with God the armors of God are ours. However if fellowship is broken It means you temporarily lay aside your weapon of war. Your constant fellowship with Him is what guarantees that you are ready with God’s armors to finish our common enemy- devil

We are to put on the whole armor not a partial armor because victory is not guaranteed with partial armors. Many believers are  continually defeated and frustrated hence they become victims and prey to both the devil and his agent all because they only put on partial armor or they are not well trained to use the armor effectively.

Half truth is never a truth, this is worse than no truth. In fact it leads to confusion. Friend, we have all that we need to effectively combat the adversary, nothing is lacking. Everything we need are provided for in Christ. Putting  on the whole armor put us at the winning position .No! No! No! you must not let the enemy turn your life,home, ministry or career to a battle ground.The responsibility to ‘stand’ is yours,God provides the armor we are to do the standing.

We are to withstand, we are to put on the whole armor and we are to take up the whole armors  and put the devil where he belongs- under your feet

Friend , are you ready? Go along with me as we subsequently explore  these weapons Having done all stand. In standing you will stand . Over every issue of life when all dust is settled you will have head raised high. Common lets get going for victory by constantly growing in your fellowship with God.

The Whole Armor of God

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Today’s confession:

In the Name of Jesus,I position myself for the reality of the victory Jesus grants me.Today I receive the grace to take up the whole armor of God.I am made strong in The Lord and the power of His might in Jesus precious name.Amen.
